Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using www.strategicalignment.com.au (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this Site’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service
Services Provided
Strategic Alignment provides business development, compliance, coaching, and consulting services to small to medium-sized businesses in the allied health and natural medicine industries in Australia, as well as professional development, including career transition support, coaching and consulting. Our services include but are not limited to:

NDIS and Medicare compliance consulting
Business and practice management setup
Process automation and optimisation
Staff training and development
Professional development
Career transition support
Resume and cover letter writing
Interview coaching
Online course development and personal coaching
Marketing and project management services
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Strategic Alignment and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Strategic Alignment.
User Responsibilities
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
You will keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your password and account.
Your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
Using the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services not authorized by Strategic Alignment.
Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Site.
Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Strategic Alignment, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Site; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Site.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.

Payment Terms
All payments for services provided by Strategic Alignment are processed through our secure payment gateway. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the agreed fee. Refunds are not available for completed services. For coaching and consulting sessions, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, or a full session fee will be charged. Payment terms for ongoing or project-based work will be agreed upon in the individual service agreement.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from your use of the Site or services provided by Strategic Alignment, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled through mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Strategic Alignment. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using the Site, you expressly relieve Strategic Alignment from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
